MY ORDER
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed we will send you a confirmation email. After we process your order it may take up to 2 business days before you receive tracking information for your order. If you haven’t received tracking information within 72 hours please email us at help@urbabeautystore.com.
Can I change my shipping address?
Although we understand mistakes happen we cannot guarantee your ability to change your order’s shipping address. However, we may be able to adjust depending on your speedy response. If you encounter this issue please contact us immediately at help@urbabeautystore.com.
Are sales taxes included in my order?
Sales tax is calculated during the checkout process of your order.
Note: Sales Tax is only for US & Puerto Rico Customers only. However, customers in other countries may be required to pay import taxes or duties not charged by URBA Beauty. We kindly ask that you check with your country’s customs office to make sure no additional fees is required for the importation of cosmetic products.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
My shipment arrived damaged what do I do?
Oh no! We’re terribly sorry to hear this! If you received a damaged item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your oder. You could reach us by email at help@urbabeautystore.com.
US and Puerto Rico Customers.
Your shipping fees and sales tax are calculated at checkout.
Please allow us 2-3 business days for us to process your order. Once your order ships we will email you your tracking information.
Note: For places such as Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska, it may take longer for you order to arrive— Please allow up to 15 business days to receive your package.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to 9 countries including: Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, United Kingdom, and United Arab Emirates.
Please allow us 2-3 business days for us to process your order. Once your order ships we will email you your tracking information.
Note: International shipping will take longer to arrive. Depending on the country you’re ordering from your order may take a few weeks to be delivered.

Of course! Our Setting Spray is also a hydrating mist. So you could freshen up your face while smelling delicious at the same time!
